|  | |  | | | | Darrell Hoffman VMD is originally from Dauphin County, Pa. He graduated from Penn State University where he was a member of the Alpha Zeta Agricultural fraternity. In 1967 he received his Veterinary Medical Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Soon after, Doc Hoffman spent two years in the U.S. Army Veterinary Corps where he was stationed at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and then in Saigon and Phu Loi, Vietnam. Doc Hoffman opened Ludwigs Corner Veterinary Hospital in the basement of his first home here in Chester Springs in 1972. Doc Hoffman is an extraordinary surgeon. Now grandparents of three boys, Doc and his wife Anne live in Chester Springs with their two cats, Babs and Maddie, two turtles, and their African gray named Poco. |
| | | | Peter Levin VMD graduated cum laude from Brandeis University and graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1994 and has been with Ludwig's Corner Veterinary Hospital ever since. During his senior year at Penn, Dr. Levin won the Hills Award for the Dietary Management of Diseases in Companion Animals. Dr. Levin resides in Glenmoore with his wife Heather Clauser, their two sons Ben and Zach, their labrador retriever Dori, an english cocker spaniel named Marlin, and their cat Woody. Dr. Levin enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine including emergency, orthopedic surgery as well as internal medicine. |
| | | | Doctor Marchetti has been with the practice since 1996 - first as an assistant while in veterinary school, and then as a full time veterinarian since 1999. Doctor Marchetti grew up in the area and remembers bringing family dogs to Doctor Hoffman at the Blackhorse Road location. He completed his undergraduate degree in biology at Houghton College and his doctorate in veterinary medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Doctor Marchetti is PennHip certified - a hip evaluation system designed to evaluate and maybe some day eradicate hip dysplasia in dogs. He lives in East Coventry Township with his two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Emma and Duke, and his black Labrador Retriever, Layla. Doctor Marchetti also works at our Coventry office.

| | | | Heather Clauser VMD has practiced veterinary medicine for over ten years, graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993. Dr. Clauser practiced veterinary medicine in West Chester, Pa since graduation. She joined our staff in the summer of 2003 to work along side her husband and spend more time with their sons. Dr. Clauser enjoys internal medicine and emergency cases. |
| | | | Jamie Gardner DVM grew up in Malvern, Pennsylvania then went west to do her undergraduate studies at Purdue University. She recently graduated from Michigan State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Jamie and her husband Steve moved back to Chester County in the fall of 2003 with their son Jaden. She began practicing Veterinary medicine here at Ludwigs Corner in November of 2003. Jamie and her husband Steve welcomed daughter Alexa in November of 2004. They have a shepherd mix at home named Jackson, and two cats, Pierce, and Porter. |
| | | | Donna Hennessy VMD grew up in Chester County attending Great Valley High School. She, like Doc Hoffman, completed her undergraduate studies at Penn State University and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1983. She worked at a pet store while attending high school, so she loves lil' critters and pocket pets. She resides in Chester Springs with her Labrador retriever Sonic and four cats. She enjoys the outdoors and spends her free time horseback riding and enjoys playing tennis in Chester County. |
| | | | April Rodriguez DVM was born and raised in Dallas, Texas where she attained her undergraduate degree from SMU. She graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in September 2004. After obtaining her veterinary degree, she worked in a small animal practice in upstate New York. April and her husband, Anthony, reside in Kimberton, where Anthony has his own Equine practice (Foxfield Equine). Their household includes a Great Dane (Cloey), an Australian Shepherd (Diesel), a Golden Retriever (Tally), 4 Scotties (Bonnie, Angus, Annie, & Betsy), and 4 barn cats. April enjoys ophthalmology, and internal medicine. |
